Expert Scrum Master Certified Certification Training

Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC^™) certification is the next step for Scrum practitioners to further demonstrate their expertise in the Scrum framework. Expert Scrum Master Certified practitioners demonstrate their ability to manage complex Scrum projects and scale Scrum to large project teams, programs, and portfolios.

Applicants will be awarded the Expert Scrum Master Certified (ESMC^™) certificate by SCRUMstudy^™ upon successfully passing the certification exam.

• Familiarize students with the concepts, advantages, and challenges of the Scrum methodology.
• Equip students with the knowledge needed to play the role of a Scrum Master in their organizations and help their organizations adopt Scrum methodology. Furthermore, develop an understanding of the other roles in Scrum.
• Provide students knowledge pertaining to and can anticipate issues related to the practical implementation of Scrum.
• Arm students with the proper tools to address, resolve, and take the lead on Scrum issues in their organizations.
• Prepare students for the ESMC™ exam

• This course aims to familiarize students with the concepts, advantages, and challenges of the Scrum methodology.
• Students will be equipped with the knowledge needed to play the role of a Scrum Master in their organizations and help their organizations adopt Scrum methodology. Furthermore, students will develop an understanding of the other roles in Scrum.
• Students are led through simulated case scenarios during which they carry out a Scrum project.
• Students have knowledge pertaining to and can anticipate issues related to the practical implementation of Scrum.
• Students will be armed with the proper tools to address, resolve, and take the lead on Scrum issues in their organizations.
• Post completion of the course, students will be provided access to an online exam. Upon clearing the exam, the student’s certificate will be couriered to their desired address.
